For Tamlin Ariefdien, physiotherapy is about more than treating injuries. It is about helping people gain confidence in their bodies, return to the activities they enjoy, and improve their overall quality of life.
Born and raised in Atlantis, Tamlin is passionate about serving the community she calls home. She believes in taking the time to understand each person's unique circumstances and providing physiotherapy that is both evidence-based and tailored to their individual needs. She also believes everyone deserves access to professional rehabilitation and movement-focused healthcare, whether they are competitive athletes, working professionals, students, retirees, or individuals recovering from illness or injury.

Whether she is assisting an athlete returning to competition, supporting someone through rehabilitation after an injury, or helping an individual regain confidence in their movement, her focus remains the same: providing care that empowers people to live healthier, more active lives.
